LIRAGLUTIDE · 10 MG
Liratide™ is liraglutide, an acylated analogue of human GLP-1 with 97% homology to the native hormone — engineered for protracted receptor activation. Supplied as lyophilised powder in vials of 10 mg, packed 3 vials per foil sachet for wholesale distribution.
RESEARCH KEYPOINT Research found the benefit of liraglutide in helping reduce body weight by a mean of 8.4 kg with improved glycaemic control in the 56-week SCALE phase 3 trial.
ABOUT LIRATIDE
Liraglutide is a 31-amino-acid acylated analogue of human glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), modified with a C16 fatty-acid chain that enables albumin binding and a plasma half-life of around 13 hours — activating the GLP-1 receptor, it enhances glucose-dependent insulin secretion, suppresses glucagon and slows gastric emptying.
Research spans incretin physiology, appetite regulation and energy balance, and comparative pharmacology across the GLP-1 receptor agonist class. Liratide™ supplies liraglutide as a defined, batch-documented reference material with identity and purity verified on every lot.

RESEARCH BACKGROUND
In the 56-week SCALE Obesity and Prediabetes trial published in the New England Journal of Medicine, 3.0 mg daily liraglutide produced a mean weight loss of 8.4 kg versus 2.8 kg with placebo among 3,731 participants, alongside improved glycaemic and cardiometabolic markers.
Liraglutide became one of the defining molecules of the GLP-1 era — studied across diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular outcomes — and it remains a reference agonist for incretin-receptor pharmacology and comparative studies within the class.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
OUR TECHNOLOGY
Liratide™ is lyophilised using CoreyPauling's proprietary Pressurized Dark-Room Fragmented Lyophilization process, which protects the peptide from light and oxidative stress during freeze-drying — critical for an acylated peptide whose protracted action depends on its intact fatty-acid side chain. The result is stability that conventional lyophilisates cannot match.
90+ days
Near-stable at room temperature
The lyophilised powder remains almost fully stable for over 90 days at room temperature — forgiving of transit delays and customs holds without loss of integrity.
3 years
Stable in cold storage
Stored cold at 2–8°C, Liratide™ retains full stability for the shelf life stated on every label, from the date of manufacture.
QUALITY & MANUFACTURING
International standards
Manufactured under internationally recognised quality standards with controlled environments and validated processes at every production step.
Analytical verification
Identity, purity and content are verified by HPLC and complementary analytical methods before any batch is released.
Full traceability
Lot, manufacturing and expiry data are printed on every sachet and vial, tied to batch records and the Certificate of Analysis.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Store cold at 2–8°C
Keep refrigerated for full shelf life. Do not freeze. Protect vials from light and keep them in the original sachet until use; brief room-temperature excursions are tolerated thanks to our lyophilization process.
Insulated export shipping
Wholesale consignments ship in insulated packaging with cooling elements and temperature indicators, with export documentation prepared per destination.
